This is the readme file of BPMPD, the LP/convex-QP solver developed
by Cs. Meszaros.
BPMPD is available at the moment for 32 bit Windows operating systems
(Win2k/XP/NT) in executable and DLL forms for evaluation/research
purposes. The binaries have no time/size limitations but reporting the
optimal solution is disabled after a certain problem-size limit.

papers and other informations may be downloaded.
Comparisons for both LP and QP problems of BPMPD with other solvers are given
