for the first time in many years. These are a common will; professional,
residential, and political agreement; and, most of all, the money.
Metro 4 will be modern, fast, and reliable.

on mass transit will enjoy its primary benefits, since the trains
that will leave every 2-2.5 minutes at rush hour will carry, according
to estimates, approximately 470,000 passengers in 2020. According
to professional calculations, the people who will use the new
metro will save nearly 14 million hours a year. The new metro
will also have another effect, one that is not so quantifiable:
it will make the areas along the new metro line thrive.
